Look at me posting two days in a row! Although all I have time for today is this week's dinner menu.
Monday
Last night I had a hankering for shrimp, so I made a pasta dish with fresh fettuccine, jumbo shrimp and baby peas with a garlic lemon cream sauce. I'm eating it right now for lunch. I always forget how delicious fresh pasta is. Sure, it costs four times more than Barilla, but it really does taste four times better too.
Tuesday
I'm not cooking tonight because I'm going to be at the Willamette Writer's Meeting. I'm sending the kids to Grandma's house with a bag of frozen chicken nuggets and Dave can either grab a burger or make himself a turkey sandwich.
Wednesday
Broiled salmon, asparagus, basmati rice.
Thursday
Breaded pork chops and pasta with red sauce (from a jar) (because I'm crazy lazy).
Friday
BBQ? Maybe I can get Dave to grill us some hamburgers. I have a bunch of frozen ground beef.
Saturday
BBQ. I can definitely get Dave to grill us some chicken. We'll probably do it with asparagus again because we LOOOOOOVE it and baked potatoes, but only if it's not too hot to turn the oven on.
I love asparagus too. Especially grilled asparagus.
Have you found those Willamette Writers meetings to be useful? I've always wondered about them.

You can bake potatoes in a crockpot, if it's too hot to turn on the oven. Takes quite a while but I do it on my back porch when it gets really hot here.

I see no sense in using the grill AND the oven on Saturday. That's just silly. Chop those potatoes up and throw 'em in some foil packets with oil and whatever spices float your boat. Grill.
Sorry, I'm the laziest cook out there. If there's a way to multitask the cooking, I'm all over it.

One understands that our life seems to be expensive, however we require money for different stuff and not every man earns big sums cash. So to receive good loans and credit loan will be a correct way out.
