A few weeks ago, I realized that I was...funky. Once you just realize that you're there, sometimes (sometimes!) it wakes something up inside you that allows you to move forward and get back to where you want to be. Or you're able to at least point yourself in the right direction.

I'm glad you're feeling more yourself.

Friends: how would we make this journey without 'em?

I am so happy you feel better. Me? Been there many times, so I get it. Hugs to you.

You know what I sometimes think? When we still used to sit down and write letters, that too was social interaction. I guess there was a reason for writing them, so, when we don't do that any more, there must be something to fill in that blank! (Same goes for diaries!!!!!) Even just sitting down and getting to think about events and thoughts that you want to share helps to "digest" them... if you know what I mean...
